Thanks for check out the rest of my story. I am going to start with the letter I received on Feb. 26.2008, 2 Days after the court ruled in my favor about the August 2007 rent. Then I will show the events leading up to the letter.

This letter is to inform you that Dominium Management Services- Southview Gables will not be renewing your lease effective 7/1/09.
Your current lease will expire on June 30, 2009 at 12:00 noon at which time you are required to check out of your apartment located at 4970 Ashley Lane #306.

Please be advised a move-out inspection must be scheduled no later than 12:00 noon on June 30, 2009. At this time all keys and garage door openers must be returned and all conditions listed on the move-out instructions must be completed to ensure the refund of your security deposit.

A copy of the move-out instructions is enclosed for your reference. Please contact the Southview Gables office to schedule your move-out inspection date.
